How do you advertise on Facebook and Instagram?
Short answer
You can advertise on Facebook and Instagram with your own Meta ad account, or through PrimaSocial without an account of your own, in which case PrimaSocial places the ad for you. With your own account you connect it and start an ad from a funnel or a post; you then pay the ad budget directly to Meta.
How it works
Choose your route
If you have your own Meta ad account, you advertise with that. If you do not have an ad account of your own, use Advertise for me under Manage.
Connect your ad account
Under Connect channels, in the Connect ad account (Meta) block, click Connect ad account and grant permission at Facebook. If you have several accounts, pick the right one.
Start an ad from a funnel
Open a published funnel that has an image and click Advertise on Facebook & Instagram in the builder. Fill in text, daily budget, duration, ad category and target area, check the estimated reach and click Create ad.
Or sponsor an existing post
Under Funnels & posts open a post and use the Sponsor this post on Meta block. Choose the button on the ad, fill in the destination link and set budget, duration and audience.
Advertise without an account of your own
Go to Manage, Advertise for me, or use Spread your post on a published post. Choose a funnel, your own link or a video, write the ad text, set budget and duration, accept the terms and pay; PrimaSocial reviews and places the ad.
Follow the results
With your own account the ad stops automatically on the end date and you see the results on the Dashboard. With Advertise for me you follow the status under Your requests.
