How do you build a funnel for leads?
Short answer
A lead funnel is a short series of steps in which a visitor answers questions and leaves their details. In PrimaSocial you start from a template or let AI write the steps, adjust the house style, publish the funnel on your own domain or embed it on your website, and track the results under Figures and Leads. Besides funnels, PrimaSocial also supports Meta lead forms.
How it works
Start from a template or AI
Go to Funnels & posts and choose Start with a template. Or use the Generate with AI block: paste a job description or a web address starting with https:// and click Generate funnel.
Adjust the house style
In the builder, set brand colour, button style, font, and background, text and button colours, add your logo and write a privacy text under the contact form. On the right you immediately see a preview on a phone screen, and the builder saves your work automatically.
Build the steps and routes
Add steps such as a question, a text or the contact form. For a question you decide per answer where the visitor goes: the next step, another step, or stop, which politely turns away people who are not a fit without any data being stored.
Test two versions
In the builder, tick Test two versions (A/B), copy version A as a starting point and edit version B. Visitors are shown version A or B at random.
Publish, use your own domain or embed
Click Publish and then Publish now. You add your own domain under Manage, Integrations, Custom domain: place the DNS value shown at your registrar and click Verify. Or copy the embed code in the builder to show the funnel on your own website.
Track visitors and leads
Under Figures you see key figures, a table per day, where visitors drop off, results per source and the comparison between version A and B. New submissions show up straight away under Leads.
Frequently asked questions
Will I get duplicate leads if someone fills in the funnel twice?
No. If someone fills in the funnel again with the same email address, the details are updated and you do not get a duplicate lead.
Can I put the funnel on my own website?
Yes. You can embed the funnel on your existing site with the code from the builder, or publish it on your own domain.
How can I see whether my funnel works?
Under Figures you see the key figures, a table per day and where visitors drop off. That shows how many visitors turn into an enquiry.
